I love this video -- it has a calm, relaxed tone and I feel like it encapsulates everything that BetterFed is all about, which is this: you don't have to be perfect to be healthy. We can all be a little better though, and even the tiniest changes really add up over time. Maybe this week we can all commit to taking the stairs instead of the escalator, or parking a little farther from the door than we usually do.
The video is only 3.5 minutes long so I hope you'll take the time to watch it but if you don't want to, just skip to 2.5 minutes in and watch for the last minute. It's worth it.
